The Project:
Design a unifying theme for a CD cover, booklet, tray, and label. Create the artwork and layout based on several provided photos and a description of the "feel" the client wanted for the CD. Feedback on fonts samples was also used to get a better feel for what style the client was seeking.

What We Did:

• Used provided photographs to create cover and tray artwork
• Selected sepia tones based on a classic, old-timey feel
• Added a deep red for a punch of color and to emphasize the "Love" part of the album title
• Created grey-scale images of the artist and pianist from provided photos
• Extensively retouched the photo of the pianist to bring it into the tonal range of the atist's photo
• Created the graphical layout for the song list, artist information, tray card (back of the CD), and the CD label
• Adjusted the picture formats, colors, and file formats to match the printer's specifications
