approaches often rely on email resumes. Employment
Engineering's Resume Repository combines the most advanced
search technology available with the industry's easiest
resume routing functionality to create an integrated resume
management systems that couples seamlessly to your candidate
experience system AND your HCMS.

Recruiters get thousands of solicited and unsolicited
resumes into their email inbox annually. Getting these
resumes into their company HCMS is cumbersome and time
consuming so this crucial data collection step is often
ignored. Drag &Drop allows anybody with an Internet
