  • Resume Repository - Employment Engineering's advanced tool for the collection and distribution of resumes within an enterprise. Over the last five years there has been a move by ATS vendors to focus on the candidate experience, especially candidate self-service. However, many employee referral programs, recruiter's cold calling, and other direct sourcing approaches often rely on email resumes. Employment Engineering's Resume Repository combines the most advanced search technology available with the industry's easiest resume routing functionality to create an integrated resume management systems that couples seamlessly to your candidate experience system AND your HCMS.
  • Drag & Drop - Recruiters get thousands of solicited and unsolicited resumes into their email inbox annually. Getting these resumes into their company HCMS is cumbersome and time consuming so this crucial data collection step is often ignored. Drag &Drop allows anybody with an Internet connection to move resume documents, e-mail messages containing resumes as attachments or txt files or entire folders of resumes to our Drag & Drop desktop symbol.   • Auto-Category - Some of the most advanced automatic categorization technology available on the market today. Automatically categorizes resumes and CVs according to their described preferences, skills and competencies. In this way a recruiter and / or hiring manager doing a search for "Credit Specialist" can retrieve those types of candidates, even if those terms never occur on the resume.
  • Email Interface - The ultimate in information self-service. Emails candidates an update of what the self-service system has on file for them and allows the candidate to update their records directly in the email. No need to for the candidate log in, no password to remember. Provides easy, off-line access for candidates so they can update their records at their convenience.
